Canceling the subscription and payment options
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you pay using a credit/debit card, you can cancel your subscription on "My Account" page billing tab, by clicking the "Unsubscribe button": If you pay using PayPal, you can cancel the subscription in your personal PayPal account. If you're still not sure how to unsubscribe, please contact us, and we will cancel it for you.
Is my subscription recurring?
Yes, our subscriptions are recurring by default, which means that it’s an ongoing payment on a periodic basis (monthly/yearly). If you want to purchase a license only for one month or one year, you may unsubscribe anytime. Here is an article about how to cancel your subscription.
How can I pay?
You can pay using your credit/debit card or via PayPal.

Other payments options are available on our website, you can use PayPal or try another card. If the situation is still not resolved, please contact our support team and we will help you. Where do I get my invoice?
You can get your invoice straight from My account page billing tab: There you can add your company’s details and VAT if applicable. The page is available for print. You may also download your invoice as a PDF file using a built-in PDF export in your browser. For Google Chrome: Menu>Print>Save as PDF.

How can I change my card details?
You can do it in your account summary page billing tab by clicking the "Change payment info" button:
